    Yes, it will. If by middle class you mean those with an annual net income above $250,000.00

      A bit naive there. The “tax” will hit anyone who “earns” a living. You could tax the rich another 20% and not come up with a tenth of what will be needed to pay for this mess or any part of Obama’s deficit spending.
